The Sunny House was the perfect place for me and my family. Hana and Tony were extremely accommodating to our needs. Everything you would need, an impeccably clean and modern house and great location for The Lakes. When I'm back up again I will be looking to stay here. I highly recommend.

We spent christmas at the beach house and had a wondeful stay, the beach house really is a home from home with every detail thought of, homely, comfortabe, great beach front location and a beautiful place to be... penny was great with cimmuncation and also decorated the beach house with christmas decs for us... we all wished ww could have stayed longer and qiuld definitely return would be lovely to stay in the summetime to take advantahe of the lighter nights and decking out back... thank you penny for a lovely break away ❤️

What a magical spot that was made better by 4 days of unseasonable October sun. To be able to step out onto beach in less than 20 seconds. It was an amazing stay at a brilliant spot. Sunrise over the golf course and sunset over ‘the wash’ highlights. It was cosy with a great heating system that kept the place snug. The road was a little bumpy but living in Shropshire I’ve seen worse. Heacham itself had some good pubs and some excellent take aways … just not the fish shop in the centre, that was dire. All in all the spot is A+ and great for family getaways all year long.

Really enjoyed our mini break, suzanne is very friendly and quickly responds to messages. The caravan was beautiful, spacious, very clean, a great location with stunning views. Perfect in every aspect

The house was really comfortable and we had a lovely time. Plenty of space and Very well set up for us as a family of 6 and 2 dogs! Will definitely go back.

Lovely stay at this cottage. Beautiful peaceful courtyard with relaxing fountains which catches the sun. Played cards outside in the evening. We went with our 2 pugs and 2 teens and everyone had a great time. Dogs could go out into the yard safely and there is a lovely park over the road. Lovely lounge with room for everyone to relax and well equipped kitchen. The location- a short walk to St Anne’s pier - is great but I would agree it’s tricky to find on a first visit. Watch the bollard when parking in the space. Highly recommended.

Nice easy check in and a pleasant stay in a lovely property and location. The weather wasn't great but we felt comfortable staying in and relaxing when we wanted as well as being close by to some beautiful walks for the better days.

We enjoyed a lovely few days here. We were lucky with the weather and spent most of our time during the day at the beach or in Filey. Both of which are really easy to walk to. The house was super clean and clearly very well looked after, even decorated for Halloween which our boys loved! Would certainly recommend, Andrea is really quick to respond and offered lots of advice and useful tips for the local area The football pitch, a stones throw away was a big hit with our boys, who spent every morning there!

Comfortable, homely and well placed location wise for our plans to visit Sandringham. Good local pub recommendation with probably the best chips ever, but the second evening the weather was terrible snow and ice so we stayed on. We were not disappointed. Well equipped kitchen, board games and it was warm. Helpful tips and communication. Space for two cats. Suited a couple and sister in law well.

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful bungalow. The weather was excellent but regardless, it was comfy, cosy and surrounded by lovely countryside. The small village had just enough for us to get by and the local attractions are superb. We even managed a walk to Wirksworth in 2 hours! Had to walk back as it was quicker than by bus but the sunshine helped. Our little dog loved it too. The hosts thought of everything, even treats for Finny. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying at Sally and Brian’s it was cosy and very comfortable had everything we needed and so convenient for being able to help our daughter out, it was close to the main road so easy to travel about, get to the shops etc and as listed it was quiet and peaceful and I found some nice places to have a walk too 😊

I was attending a weekend wedding in Manchester, however hotels in town were either sold out or charging a small fortune due to a Manchester Utd game. I saw this and booked, and am so glad I did! My train from London was delayed, yet Lima and her husband were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, ready to assist with any queries and requests. The bungalow is much larger in person than the photos suggest, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious, and the sofa and bed are extremely comfortable - perfect after a busy day. The kitchen was fully equipped, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the heating was easy to manage. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything is easily accessible, on foot, by bus, or Uber. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout to attend an appointment, which was super helpful. Thank you, Lima, for making my stay so comfortable. If you need a place to stay in Manchester, book this!

Good base to explore Manchester and the surrounding area

We’re just back from our stay here and it was a great base for us visiting family nearby. My elderly mam was with me and we really benefited from everything on one floor for my mam and her mobility. We’ll definitely return.

Just returned from a fabulous relaxing pamper weekend at Moles Cottage. Julie was an amazing host. Friendly and accommodating. She allowed us to have a therapist come in to give us our treatments and for a private chef to cook for us on the Saturday night. Moles cottage was the perfect venue with the amazing covered hot tub and fabulous large heated pool. The sauna was a great addition too! Beds were all extremely comfortable with crisp cotton linen. The log burner was comforting addition for one of the nights although the cottage itself is lovely and warm with underfloor heating. All in all we couldn’t recommend enough. Fabulous in every way! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Julie ☺️

Had a delightful stay here between Christmas and New year, the bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Christmas decorations gave a cosy feel. The hot tub and Cascades use, were definitely an ideal extra! Good communication with our hosts. A perfect place to explore the lakes especially Windermere. Definitely would recommend and return. Thank you for a delightful stay.
