No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. Wren's Nest is a lovingly converted 18th -century barn with a charming private garden and free on-site parking, including secure bike storage. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. A cosy shepherds hut on a working hill farm, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Simply sit, relax, watch the birds and admire the view or explore the surrounding area. Walk from the hut or one of the local famous walks such as Cleveland Way, Wainstones, Roseberry Topping. Helmsley and Stokesley are lovely little market towns to explore or Whitby and York both within an hours drive. We only have one hut, so there is no sharing of facilities and the area is very private.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
