The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

Kendal Retreat with heating and plumbed en suite!

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Snuggle into The Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the the pizza oven or BBQ or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers. Discover the walled pond and private jetty or wander down the lane to The Pub. Magical! PS: the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high+mighty will need to duck!

Hot Tub Dome One Heater, BBQ, Projector, Firepit

Fun in the country! Our futuristic insulated dome offers a great chance to unwind and includes a private hot tub (accessible throughout all of your stay). Set in its own private 0.25 acre garden with unobstructed countryside views; this is a chance to be adventurous, and without giving up too many home comforts! We constantly upgrade the dome and new for spring 2024 is a 10 foot motorised projector screen to watch a film from the comfort of your solid oak king size bed.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place, full of rustic charm and outstanding facilities, we are sure you will never want to leave! Set adjacent to a private lake you will have use of the outstanding facilities including a Scandinavian log fired hot tub and access to the lake for fishing and kayaking. Enjoy a relaxing nights sleep in a bespoke super king bed under the stars. This is the perfect escapism to help you switch off from hectic life.

Dovedale Glamping

Situated in the quaint Peak District village of Alstonefield, this cosy bell tent is a stones throw from Dovedale and the river Dove. Sited on a small adults only campsite, the bell tent offers the perfect glamping experience. With a comfortable double bed, wood burning stove, electric and a few kitchen amenities, this is the perfect stress free getaway to simply park up and relax. There's also outdoor seating and a firepit for summer evenings under the stars.

Airstream Caravan By the river

You will be staying in our 1960s Airstream caravan. It is on the edge of a wooded area next to the River Laver, where you will have your own ‘beach’ to enjoy. The Secret Garden is a flower farm and a rural location but it is just a twenty minute walk into Ripon centre. We are also within walking distance of the world heritage site of Fountains Abbey. The site is shared by the owners and two other pitches. Parking on site. On Way of the Roses Cycle Route
