Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Yucatán Peninsula

Disfrutamos mucho estos días de estancia! Si bien la propiedad es excepcional con una ubicación única a pie de playa y unas vistas maravillosas, la guía, amabilidad y calidez de Paloma fueron extraordinarios. Qué lugar tan mágico! Tienen que visitarlo 💫💫💫

Super condo, très grand et bien aménagé. Excellent emplacement pour la plage et un gros épicerie Chedraui à 7-8 minutes à pied. Également beaucoup de bon resto à proximité. Le secteur autour de la 38e et une localisation parfaite. Pour la musique (mentionnée dans les autres commentaires), nous on a adoré! En après-midi ou en soirée, pour relaxer entre amis sur le balcon c’était de bon goût et pas agressant. Par contre nous aurions apprécié un meilleur mobilier à l’extérieur (par exemple chaise et sofa) pour justement mieux profiter de ce beau balcon. La literie était confortable et les serviettes de bain très douces. Je recommande définitivement.

Everything was just as described . Beautiful location, easy access to a beach that's pretty rocky but beautiful none the less. You will need a golf cart to get around but it's a great location to get to every part of the island. The condo was spotless with comfortable beds, clean linen ..... beach towels!! I will definitely come stay again and refer this location to my friends and family.

Great location with quick walk to the beach and many fabulous restaurants! Easy walk to get groceries. The roof top pool exceeded our expectations. Although the place is in need of some maintenance, Frank the host was quick to respond and rectify any issues.

Had a wonderful stay here! Loved the access to the spa. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Alizee’s condo is excellent. The condo itself is very well equipped, allowing for cooking, relaxing or working (very good WiFi). The building has a very well equipped gym and the rooftop swimming pool is a great place to spend the sunset/evening. Location wise it can’t get much better, it is ~100m from the beach and on a street with several restaurant options while still being close to walk around the centre. The area is peaceful but convenient. On top of that Alizee is very responsive and helpful. She has flexible check-in and checkout policies that made the trip extremely easy. She also gave great local recommendations (thanks for “el Fogon”). When I come back to Playa for some more scuba or workation I would definitely repeat!

This place was beautiful and peaceful! The apartment was spacious and great for 2 people working from home. The view of the jungle and the bird watching was wonderful. The host was very attentive when we needed anything. We used the gym and the pool regularly and they are VERY nice amenities. The walk to the beach is about 45 mins and 30 min walk to centro, but you can rent a scooter nearby online for 2-days for $40 TOTAL. We did that on the weekends to buy groceries and spend a day at the beach and/or in town every so often. The cabs to/from centro or the beach are pricey, but easily accessible at the lobby, renting the scooters or biking is cheaper. It was worth staying in the jungle instead of the beach or centro. However, the apartment itself is inside of a walkable community that has almost everything you would need, (supermarkets, restaurants, pilates studio, pharmacy, rentals, shopping, massages, bougie things still being built). This neighborhood is growing fast.

Marc and Nico's place is beautiful, clean and well organized! They were very responsive to all communication and very easy to reach! I would recommend them and their place 100%. 1 small detail... there was no dish towels under than that, all was really great.

Wow! As my husband said countless times, "this Airbnb thought of everything!" From the second we booked this place, we were treated like royalty. They created a group chat for us weeks in advance to help us get prepared for our trip, book our excursions, car services, answer our questions, grocery shop for us, you name it. And they were incredibly responsive throughout our stay as well. Their guidebook alone was above and beyond what most rentals offer. The pool is amazing and so private! The best part for us was that our toddler couldn't get in it by himself, so it was also safe. This Airbnb is a perfect space to escape the Merida heat and simultaneously the exact place you can't wait to come back to after a long day of exploring.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Daniels place was wonderful for our stay. We were there for a week and the pool was beautiful and used every day. We enjoyed the large rooms and very comfortable beds. A couple things to note we had someone come and clean during our stay because the floors felt dirty but Daniel was very quick to get that fixed for us. The stove is older so you have to light it with a lighter and only 2 of the 6 burners worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and pots/pans. There was also a water dispenser which helped with the hot days we were there for. The darkening shades and air conditioners made sleeping quite comfortable. The location was very easy to get to the main city area and was extremely safe feeling too. The large table made it possible for all our family to stop by and eat together which was a wonderful bonus. Overall we enjoyed Daniels place and would be happy to book again if we visit Campeche again.

La casa es bonita y la privada muy tranquila sin embargo cuando llegamos la casa contaba con algunos desperfectos como puertas rotas y se le comentó al host y su solución fue cobrarnos a nosotros, se ve que no revisaron cómo nos iban a entregar la casa . Les recomiendo que tomen evidencia de todo lo que encuentren desde el primer instante que ingresen a la casa

La propiedad cumple conforme a lo descrito. Buena ubicación, bien equipada y muy acogedora. Pasamos una gran estancia, sin duda regresaremos. Ricardo estuvo super atento en todo momento. Destaca el plus de la limpieza cada ciertos días, y la flexibilidad del anfitrión.

Excelente ubicación, de fácil acceso y muy cómodo, tuvimos un incidente con el agua, lo cual claramente no estaba en sus manos, pero fue atendido de manera inmediata y Raimundo se mantuvo al pendiente y resolutivo! Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en esta locación!

El lugar es muy bonito y está en una zona muy tranquila. Solo tuve un pequeño problema con el control de la TV, pero con una app en el celular se pudo solucionar. De ahí, todo muy bien.

Ubicación muy tranquila, zona segura y sin ruidos, el departamento tenía una vista espectacular, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la comunicación con José fue de gran ayuda, siempre atento con nosotros, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos!

Modern and very cozy flat located in a big resort area. Very good communication with the host AL and many useful tips. In case you do not have a car, it is not easy to find a place to eat since the resort area is includes exclusively all-inclusive hotels. You need either to take a colectivo/taxi to Akumal or Tulum, or to buy a daily pass/ lunch / dinner ticket to eat at the central building called Casa de Club ( the Club House). However there is one close place to eat -" Beached bikini bar" located directly on the beach 10 minutes from Bahia Tulum beach towards Akumal. They serve great ceviches, tacos and pizzas and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We went there every day.

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones, el lugar es muy tranquilo y tiene buena vista, está en buena zona.

El depa es increíble. Muy limpio, comodo, tiene todo lo necesario y el area de la piscina maravillosa. Espero volver pronto

This trip was our second at the Terrazas complex. The suite was as described with comfortable beds, great kitchen, laundry, etc. The exterior yard and pools are fantastic. Within the gated community are many restaurants including a taco bar, pizza place, burger place, breakfast place as well as higher end restaurants. Explore your options. Beach club was very nice, great service and also live music on Sundays. There is also a market/store and farmers market. Talk to other people while at the pools as many stay for months and they are full of useful information. Hoping to get back again next year.

Super séjour dans ce logement bien situé et fonctionnel. Simple d'accès et possibilité de se garer sur place. Proche du centre ville, il y a pleins de restaurants à côté.
