Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Yucatán Peninsula

The studio has enough space to make them comfortable, 3 people. It is a 5-minute walk from a Supermarket and also from the whereabouts of vans that go to the different beaches. the neighborhood is quiet. the staff who work in the building are polite and friendly. The air conditioning worked great during our stay. i recommend it.

Luciano was lovely, always responsive and helping us with our questions, his accommodation is super clean and beautifully decorated with macrame. The bed is extremely comfortable. The building is also in a safe area, easy to find and well located. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Luciano for everything!

The place is fantastic. Super nice location only being 15 minutes from multiple beaches. Santiago was very helpful and gave us great recommendations with food, cenotes, and beaches. He was also very responsive whenever we asked questions or needed clarity. 10/10

Very nice location with small private balcony near the fall that arrives in the pool, which offered a beautiful remote working environment. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and rooftop access. Supermarket nearby. People at the reception are welcoming and proactive. Recommended.

100% recommended the area super accessible for walking and to reach the 5th Av. areas to eat super close, the area is very quiet, the apartment is very spacious, the Rooftop is super quiet and relaxing, the people are super nice. Without a doubt, we would choose it again. 💖

The house was larger than I expected & super cool! The kitchen is in a separate building outside (so no heat in living areas). Fans work great (strong breeze). Bathroom is super cool & pool was refreshing. My 2 cats & dog enjoyed the front and back courtyards.

We rented this property for a family reunion and throughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a residential, gated community which boasts a lovely community gym and pool. There were 9 of us (including kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Rodrigo and his team were helpful and responsive, but if you want reservations for the Xalmar Beach Club, I suggest you book a few slots before you arrive which you can adjust later on, as otherwise it gets a bit complicated. We did not make use of the firepit or the outside cinema screen as we were happy to just relax by the pool so I can't comment on those. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure - be aware it is salty. We had a really lovely time and fully recommend this home.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Casablanca is not just a place to stay, it's an experience. The hosts, Sanda & Steve are fabulous! Super friendly and were very responsive to our needs. We didn't realize that the A/C was only in the bedrooms. Sanda immediately brought over a floor fan to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtly stocked with everything you need to get started - this is real luxury! The house is wonderful. The back courtyard and pool area are beautifully curated - a really oasis from the rest of life. Steve even created a 4 hr play list of music to listen to in the house. Best of all, they sent the music home with us on a travel stick💕. Now we think of the great times we had in Merida everytime we listen to it! It's obvious that they care about those who rent their AirBB and go the extra mile to make you feel at home from nice soaps, shampoos, robes to a basket of the little things you may have forgotten to pack. Diego's house has all the facilities for a family to feel like at home. The location is very good, halfway between the historic center and the exit to the beaches. Diego's attention is exceptional, his willingness and commitment are a very important support when it comes to resolving the situations that were arising.

Beautiful, quiet surrounding. Easy access to the beach clubs which are approximately 2 miles away. 2 small stores nearby and a lovely cafe bar 4 blocks away. Close to downtown so you can explore the places they offer. I definitely would stay here again. It’s an electric code access which they have. Didn’t mind it. However, during check-in the battery was so low it wouldn’t work. They got back to us immediately and had someone change the battery. Love the rooftop pool access. So pleasant during a hot day.
