Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

For our honeymoon in the Dolomites we rented this beautiful apartment. The apartment was very clean, luxurious, modern and we really felt at home there. Elfi was extremely nice and gave us the best tips for the surroundings and responded quickly. The garden was really a beautiful addition to relax and unwind. A supermarket is located under the apartment, which is very convenient if you want to stay nearby for a day. Bathroom was spacious and modern and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort! My wife and I will definitely be back 😍

Christian’s apartment was a perfect landing spot in Seefeld. Very quick and easy walk to the train and restaurants. Hope to come back for a winter visit!

As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Great little appartment. Clean, bright and well equiped. The first comfy sofa bed i've ever slept on! Ideal for the tram direct to Innsbruck and the ski lift

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were on the winter vacation with four adults with three children plus 🐶 dog and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great with regard to the instructions and everything was there to guarantee a nice holiday. Thanks again for this. 👍

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

My family stayed at Simone’s place over Easter weekend after travelling throughout Austria for a few weeks. We all agreed that Simone’s place and Innsbruck were our favourite stop. The place was very clean and had everything you need to be comfortable for a few days. It’s a bit outside of Old Town but quick and easy to get there by bus or car. We would absolutely stay again.
