The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

A traditional wooden chalet features multiple balconies adorned with flower boxes. The sturdy façade is complemented by a picturesque mountainous backdrop under a clear blue sky. Several parked cars are visible in the foreground, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the property.
