This luxurious Duplex is a penthouse and occupies a whole floor level, it presents two bedrooms, the master bedroom is on the upper level, decorated with taste with white and warm colors, it has its own private bathroom, a TV, Skylights and access to a private terrace with romantic views to Santa Barbara Castle and El Barrio. on the lower ground there is a bedroom with 3 single beds, one bed is a bunk bed attached to the wall. there is a family bathroom, a kitchen and the lounge dinner with TV. The whole flat counts with air conditioning, there is also an elevator. Our place is great for couples, business travelers or families with kids. Babies or toddlers are not recommended due the the modern stairs to the upper master bedroom. You have access to a private roof terrace with gorgeous views over the rooftops of the old town and stunning view of Santa Barbara castle! and a peek to the Explanada Beach! You can reach your apartment by using the lift/elevator. MIA team is a group of enthusiastic people from diferent part of the world! and we will be happy to assist you in every possible way! The old town of Alicante is a maze of pedestrian streets and plazas full of wonderful places to eat and drink. It is easy to get around, and most places are walking distance from the property. Alicante is small enough to enjoy on foot. There are bus and trams that connect Alicante with other costal towns and beach resorts. bicycle hire is also a great way to get around the city Here you are in a very central location ,you will not need your car, however if you fancy going to places there is the tram nearby that can take you up to Benidorms where Aquaparks are! there is also the beaches and why not try the rocky beach in Cabo de las Huertas, which are rocky pools, there is a nudist beach and gay beach there too. Avenida Costa blanca is also a good place to go by tram, good in summer to see all tha bars open until lata, a favorite by spaniards from Madrid. If you got kids, Campello beach is good, look the pirateship for free kids activities! also a big winner is to go to Tabarca Island, this is good for skorkling and eating, you can take a boat by the marina, this is a day trip. and if you just fancy the city, visit Poeta Quintana Street in the afternoon and head to Calle Gerona to Party afterwwards! Another good one is Isla Marina, by the port, a nice chiil our disco by the sea, you can walk but best to take a taxi, about 5 minutes. Shoppers: Corte Ingles is a popular, check the main one at the end of Avenida Maisonave, however check the boutiques for a unique style, don't be afraid to bargain the price! And if all you want to do is relax, well what a better idea than waiting on the streets or just enjoying a glass of wine while life pass by you!
