Mitten im Ort gelegen, sind sie in wenigen Minuten an der S-Bahn nach HH (30 Min.) sowie im Dorfkern, wo neben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch ein Friseurstudio und Bäcker, Apotheken und diverse Ärzte zu finden sind. Zum herrlichen Sachsenwald brauchen Sie keine 5 Min. Fußweg.

Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre.
