Genießt die nahegelegene Gastronomie mit Sundowner-Optionen und die Nähe zum Trendviertel Ottensen mit seinen zahlreichen Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Der atemberaubende Blick über die Stadt ist das i-Tüpfelchen.

Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.
