The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.
