Conveniently located less than 3 miles from the airport, and under 10 minutes from downtown, local parks, stores & entertainment, this clean and cozy boho inspired home is perfect for an extended vacation, business travel or just a weekend getaway. We do strive to be a family friendly home, providing amenities such as a high chair, pack & play, sound machine, baby bath and games/toys. Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Imagine waking up to stunning views of the Chugach Mountains from your own private suite. This beautiful post-and-beam chalet offers panoramic mountain vistas and easy access to nearby attractions. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.
