Beautiful property on the banks of the Charente

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

Relax in this ⭐️ quiet ,stylish 3 home. The roosters will wake you up from their thundering singing! The t**s and s******s (before migration ) will offer you a sound and aerial ballet! The Chabourne of the City Walls

Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Charente, this authentic, fully renovated chabourne offers panoramic views of the Charente valley and the river, which you can admire from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, swimming areas nearby and taverns... In summer, our village has everything a paradise needs! A real cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Nice little house in the city center close to all amenities. The accommodation is located very close to Place du Minage in a beautiful, quiet, atypical area and only a 2-minute walk to old Angoulême (restaurant district). It is located in a courtyard where you can park your car if needed. You will be ideally placed to attend all the festivals of Angoulême. Another apartment for 3 people can be made available.
