Parfaite pour des vacances nature au calme, en famille ou entre amis avec tout sur place pour en profiter (piscine chauffée en été, jacuzzi, BBQ/plancha gaz, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, balançoire, trampoline...). Située dans un petit bourg avec commerces à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie/produits artisanaux locaux, supermarché, pharmacie...) et un petit marché le dimanche.

A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Welcome to Domaine Réole, a renovated 18th-century Charentais house nestled in a 7-hectare natural park, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The independent family gîte of 70 m² (ideal for a family/couple with children) is fully equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen open to a large bright living room. You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).

From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte located on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You will be immersed in a green and charming nature. A large outdoor saltwater pool will enhance your stay between May and early October (depending on the weather!) Barbecue, ping-pong table, petanque balls and bicycles are also available.
