The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

At the foot of the Charente where walks on the paths of the Coulée Verte await you. For the curious, the house is 20 meters from the Comic Book Museum as well as the Paper Museum. 7 minutes from the train station. Angoulême is very well served by a very efficient bus network. Very quiet and peaceful district of Angoulême.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... You can freely enjoy the park, the pond and the pool area located on the edge of the woods (swimming pool from June to September).

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte located on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You will be immersed in a green and charming nature. A large outdoor saltwater pool will enhance your stay between May and early October (depending on the weather!) Barbecue, ping-pong table, petanque balls and bicycles are also available.
