You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Its contemporary interior has an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a living room, two large bedrooms with plenty of storage, bathroom with toilet. Duplex apartment, unique view of the rooftops of Annecy, its lake, its canals. A baby bed will be available if needed.

Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. The Bubble Suite is located in the historic district of Old Annecy on the pedestrian street leading to the lakefront Passover (3 minutes walk)! We renovated the apartment in order to make it a comfortable place to live while preserving the character of the 19th century (old beams, decorative stone fireplace, storage niches...). The alliance of the contemporary and the character of the former make it a cozy place where you feel good!

Very cosy atmosphere . 150 m from the shores of the Lake Ideal for a couple in love , or for small family with 1 or 2 children (between 7 and 17 years)
