It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Apartment on the marina 300 meters from the sea

The apartment is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese 100 meters away. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes walk you can reach the beaches of the center, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacy, children's playground, ATM, etc... The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and mosquito nets in all windows including the large veranda window.

SOFIA'S HOME

Sofia's house is located in Chiaia, Naples Italy. It is located in the heart of the city; it is only 1 km from the sea. a few minutes from the chaos of the center (“Baretti”of San Pasquale) of restaurants and shops, and overlooks a priceless green space that isolates it from the street noise, creating a haven of tranquility. It is just a few meters from the Amedeo Metro, the Piazza Margherita funicular and the Cumana Corso Vittorio Emanuele station, ideal for getting around.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Metro stop Ponte Lungo and Train Station Roma Tuscolana to and from Fiumicino. You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome! I am always available for any help or info about Rome and the apartment.
