Villa holiday rentals in Apennine Mountains

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

The house is very stylishly decorated, well equipped, with a maginficent view of the see. Great big pool. Beautiful beaches around and fantastic Sari Salenzara region.

The villa is in a lovely spot in the hills, very close to some nice towns and beaches. It was very well equipped and beautifully designed. The only downside was that due to the position in the hills, you don’t get any late afternoon / evening sunlight. We had a great stay overall.

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

We had an incredible time. It was my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. There were 10 of us and this place had plenty of space, is peaceful and so gorgeous. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning tons of thoughtful amenities. We also booked Chef Martin who came to the house and he and his wife made an amazing 3 course meal and cake as a celebration! Only things to watch out for is that the address is slightly different than on airbnb and the wifi has a different password for each floor but once you find the place and get settled, it’s pure joy.

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

Accommodation at Rabio's place matched our imagination according to the photo, the place was very quiet, the shop was within a short drive, and the place is in a strategically located place and accessible to various beaches. Next, I would appreciate the communication and helpfulness of Rabio. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the villa itself is surrounded by beautiful local flora, especially oleanders. We most appreciate the outdoor pool on the premises of the villa, where you will be given complete privacy with grown oleanders. Thank you to host Rabia. Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. A warm and complete welcome. Corentin was very responsive with any needs or questions. All to make community life easier: spacious house, two bathrooms, two toilets, separate living space from the sleeping area, lockbox...The services advertised correspond to reality. Discretion of our guests living on the ground floor, ensuring any unforeseen circumstances or maintenance . In our case: gas bottle, pool maintenance and resolution of a cumulus , which were carried out without us realizing it. Congrats! Quiet and pleasant house in the middle of the scrubland, with views of the mountains, very well equipped, while being close to Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, shops... A pleasure to have air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, the week of our stay was particularly hot, up to 44 degrees of the day. Without hesitation. Have a great stay.

Great place for a large group. Luca communicated quickly with us and helped us with anything we needed. Check-in/out was very easy. The view is great - you can see the Faraglioni from the house. Just note that it's about a 10 minute walk uphill to the city center - for the most part we were able to just call a taxi if we needed.

Anthony's place is beautiful!! An oasis of peace. The garden is very pleasant to sit, the pool very nice. Due to the many trees, it is pleasantly fresh. It is remarkably calm and yet very close to busy Saint-Flo. The area is breathtakingly beautiful, you get to beautiful beaches very quickly. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Nice restaurant in the village within walking distance. The house is tastefully decorated. Two rooms with annex bathrooms in the main house, very good beds and air conditioning. The third room can be reached along the outside and our children loved that. The kitchen is super well equipped, you really have everything you need! American fridge, lots of appliances. And very beautiful ceramic work. The interior is tasteful. Lots of towels available. We were there during the festival of the guitar but had no noise nuisance. It's only a little busier in the village during that week, but that's actually all good.

The villa was wonderful, a perfect place to base yourself to explore the Amalfi region but also a fantastic little Italian town to explore in its own right with lots of restaurants, bars and lovely things to see within walking distance. Mario was incredibly helpful, personally making sure we got checked in OK and helping us out with various bits during our holiday. If you're looking for somewhere both to relax, but also as a great place for exploring in the evening and trips further afield it's a great place to be.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as well as the quiet environment the place offers. Lots of nice beaches around and access to the mountains pretty easy. Enjoy local food and restaurants. Ask the Canarelli’s for anything they will get you all the informations you need to go around.

The villa perfectly matches the description and our expectations, peaceful area, well-equipped, dining area in the shade, heated pool… impeccable, enough to spend beautiful hours sunbathing! Location close to beautiful beaches (by car though) Beware, however, of vehicles that are too low, the access road is rough. You can stay there without a second thought! We were even able to enjoy the villa from our arrival at noon, Marie was very accommodating above all!

We stayed at the house with 4 adults and 2 little children and had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was the garden and the pool. The garden is spacious and there is so much to explore for the kids while the adults can enjoy a drink at the pool - just perfect 👍🏼 location is great if you have a car and want to explore different locations (beaches, mountains, etc.) especially on the east side of the island. The hosts were super helpful. I would definitely recommend the house!

Elodie is a very friendly and available host, The house is even better than in the photos, well equipped, nicely decorated, the outside is very pleasant... a real slice of paradise, everything is designed to make us feel good! Our two families (young and old) will keep magnificent memories of our trip to Corsica and the house is a big part of it! Thanks again to Elodie for her welcome and the great touches when we arrived! A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

Despite a last minute booking, we were warmly welcomed. Beautiful environment, well equipped and great advice on things to do and see around. We had a great weekend and will gladly go back.
