We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is well located with access to the main points of Cabo Frio. It is fully equipped and extremely cozy. The building also has a gym and swimming pool. The owner is extremely kind and proactive, I have no doubt that when I return to Cabo Frio I will be in the same place.

It's my second stay in the apartment..and I only want to stay in it. Great location is to park the car and only take it out on the day of leaving.. super clean, airy and super spacious apartment and still had an Easter treat..🍫. Has all kinds of commerce very close by..and Praia is a few steps.. Eduardo the host always very helpful... staff of the tb building are super attentive and polite.. make sure to come back every year if God allows and I stop indicating the ape, because then there will be a lot of demand.😂😂

1* Once I stayed on Airbnb, super quiet. I was very lucky to have Mr. Paulo as a host, super helpful, proactive, the cozy, spacious and very functional apartment, it has everything in the kitchen, clean, organized and outside that is the 1* floor, the balcony is right on the beach. We simply love and RECOMMEND. Gorgeous place around, swimming pools and the beach super accessible, I was with 1 year old, 2 years and 7 years old, gave it to them a lot.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The Nice apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Impeccable cleaning and organization! The location is great, the nearby lagoon makes it the ideal environment for families with children. Car access to the main beaches is easy. The condominium has a great structure . Nice was very kind at all times and proved available for whatever we might need. We will certainly go back and recommend!

Juan Carlo’s place is amazing! So much more spacious and beautiful than even the pictures can capture. The pool was the highlight! It was also very easy and quick to get to the beach. Juan Carlo was communicative and friendly before and during the entire trip. Buzios is a gorgeous town and this was the perfect place to experience it.

The condominium is a delight: super clean, beautiful, gentle staff, very close to the beach. The house is quite functional and pleasant. You can live! I would recommend it!

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.
