Charming small studio composed of a mezzanine with bed and a sofa bed in the living space as well as a kitchen with fridge, microwave and induction stove. It is located 3 km from the city center of Andernos, and the beaches of the Arcachon Bay, and 10 km from the ocean beach of Grand Crohot in the municipality of Lège Cap Ferret, 50 minutes from Bordeaux or the Dune du Pilat. Guests can take advantage of this place to swim, walk, surf or visit Bordeaux as well as the Médoc castles.

Come and discover the Bassin d'Arcachon and all its small preserved places. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped 55 m2 apartment, a large bedroom and a 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located in the village, you can do everything on foot or by bike. The beach is at the end of the street 50 m away, the market square 200 m away and the city center with all its local shops 500 m away. 600 m from the oyster port, ideal for enjoying a seafood platter. Of course, the ocean is 8 km away.
