Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

Our house, completely renovated in 2018, welcomes you for a vacation or a long weekend in the wild part of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Arès, you will be a 3-minute walk from the basin and a 15-minute drive from the ocean beaches of Cap Ferret. You can do everything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, shopping, Arès market). You can also enjoy the garden and the large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.

Marcel Sasha and their parents rent you a perfectly equipped house/studio for two people (see 4 punctually). Close to the beach, we provide you with bicycles so you can fully enjoy our little piece of paradise. 500 m from the beach, 20 min to Cap Ferret, 15 min to the ocean, 30 min to the airport, accessible by bus. We are available for any questions and look forward to hosting you. The large garden is private, you have your own access.

Discover "l'Herbe", a lovely little air-conditioned townhouse located in a quiet area with a fenced private garden and private parking, ideal for a stay in the village of Lège, the 1st of the 10 villages on the Lège-Cap Ferret peninsula. Ideal starting point for hiking in the forest or salt meadows and bike rides to reach the ocean beaches, the beaches of the Bassin or follow the Vélodyssée, this house is also close to all local shops.

Charming 120 m2 house on 1000 m2 of land, completely renovated in a very quiet residential area. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from the Bay, 5 minutes from downtown Arès, and a 20-minute drive from the ocean. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 double bed and 1 child bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 140 x 190 bunk beds (bedroom for children or adults), a large bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room.
