Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

The house is a 10-minute bike ride from the Bay, 5 minutes from downtown Arès, and a 20-minute drive from the ocean. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 double bed and 1 child bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 140 x 190 bunk beds (bedroom for children or adults), a large bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room.
