On the plot is the house and a large double garage. We are located in Lège-Bourg, 8 km from the Grand Crohot beach and 8 km from Andernos, between Ares and Claouey. The pool measures 6x4 meters and is equipped with an alarm, it is accessible from mid-April to the end of October. Children's games, ping pong table…

Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.
