Charming house, offering calm, serenity and large spaces. Great for vacations for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comfort. 200 meters from the center, 300 meters from the port, 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The pool is heated from mid-May to September 15 and is secure, with a 1-meter beach for the little ones with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The villa is fully air-conditioned (thermostats in each room)

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this villa renovated by an interior architect. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all comfortable and can accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen is open to the living room for nice convivial moments. 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets.
