The Crocolion

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The house welcomes you with its 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom, underfloor heating, facing south, located 150 m from the basin and its beaches, close to the ocean, shops and the small oyster port with its many restaurants, all accessible by bicycle. Ideal for one or two couples without children. For the comfort and safety of all, my house is not recommended for babies and toddlers. Terrace and wooden garden, private enclosed parking.
