The apartment is a duplex and is located on the 1st and top floor of a building in the city center of Andernos. The apartment is ideally located: the Bay is at the end of the street, 200 m away. All amenities are around: shops, restaurants, bike rentals at the bottom of the apartment, bike path at the foot of the building, cinema 300M away, market 100M away, supermarket (Casino, Intermarché) 500/600M away. You can do everything on foot or by bike. The apartment is quiet, the rooms are at the back.

Park your car in the basement (small parking lot) of the residence and enjoy Arcachon on foot or by bike: beach, marina, shops, restaurants, bakery... 10 minutes from the amenities and entertainment of the city center or Aiguillon (Bakery, butcher, supermarket, bars, restaurants, a beautiful market in the central square of Arcachon...).

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.
