Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
