Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Axams

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxon) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia personally welcomed us and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around on the farm outdoors, as well as very tasty pepper juice from local orchards from the nearby Lenggries area. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can go on vacation very private and for yourself, but if necessary and your own wish, it is also involved in farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and has nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Super friendly hostess! Use of the ski bus worked out very well. Everything important is available, good amenities, everything as described. We enjoyed it very much, gladly again!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everyone was totally impressed by the place and we are already considering coming back next year. Stylish decor, plenty of space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was all the equipment you could wish for. We are very satisfied! *****

We had a great week in Farchant. The house is located away from the tourist crowds in a quiet residential area and at the same time so close that all the attractions of the area are quickly and easily accessible by car. Many hikes can easily be started directly from the house and there are many restaurants and two bakeries within walking distance. The house itself left nothing to be desired for us, the equipment was extraordinary from the kitchen to the bathroom or laundry room, everything was available in large quantities - there was even coffee and more towels than enough to name a few examples. Even for our smallest co-traveler, everything was available (travel cot + high chair). Our highlight was the large cozy living room and as the icing on the cake of the gas grill in the garden. We will be happy to come back anytime and can fully recommend the house for families! :)

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

Highly recommend staying at this property. It's super clean, super cute and the hosts are fantastic.

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had a lovely time at Waltraud's. We were very nicely welcomed by her. The apartment is quietly located and a great starting point for activities in the surrounding area.

It was awesome and quiet place , Dorotea very nice, kind and helpful person . We had an issue with our car she communicated with us and provided a lot of support. For sure if I plan to come to Italy again i will stay in this place .

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

Super cute cabin. Very clean. We did not have any in-person contact Cor place with Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit!
