Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Our cosy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with its own bathroom – shower/WC, a single kitchen and a small silent fridge (36 litres), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. Covered seating is available for you on the east side. The small, non-shedding Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighbouring house likes to visit us every day.

The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the beautiful nature.
