... in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies in the Ammer Valley between the world-famous Passion Play town of Oberammergau and the "Blue Land" of Murnau, with its famous artists around the "Blaue Reiter" group. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

In addition to a large living/dining area, the ground floor apartment (approx. 80 m²) has a spacious bedroom, another room with sleeping and working facilities as well as shower/toilet. Furthermore, the apartment includes a parking space as well as a terrace in a quiet location. Wifi is available. The apartment has been completely renovated and has been available to you as a vacationer for the first time since January 25. We would love to welcome you as guests to our apartment.

Our local mountain "Hörnle" is a popular destination in both summer and winter. You can walk to the valley station from the property in just 10 minutes.

Our apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the district of Burgrain, directly on the golf course, and is characterised by its quiet location and a fantastic view of the Alps. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people. You can linger on the spacious terrace and also barbecue in the summer.
