Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Dream apartment in a Bavarian country house between Tegernsee and Bad Tölz. Enjoy the evening sun on your own terrace and relax, play or have a barbecue in your own garden. The apartment has a new, fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room and a large bedroom with its own attached bathroom. The entire apartment (including the bathroom) has no thresholds and is barrier-free and fits up to five people (of which one child in a cot).

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to the perfect retreat for nature lovers! Our house is situated in an undisturbed location and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. With its two floors and three cozy bedrooms on the upper floor, it offers enough space for the whole family or a group of friends. The very large garden invites you to enjoy nature to the full and offers space for relaxation, games and barbecues.

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.

Our quiet and centrally located apartments are located directly opposite the idyllic Franciscan garden with fish pond and garden chess. Café, bakery, restaurant, bank, doctor, bus stop, grocery store, Isarpormenade and the "Historische Marktstrasse" are in the immediate vicinity. The parking is right by the house and our garden with gazebo and barbecue invites you to stay.
