Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. Our six cozy double rooms are perfect for cyclists or hikers who would like to stay with us for just one night. Rooms are equipped with double bed, TV and cozy sitting area. Towels, bed linen, bathrobe are included. You use the 8 single bathrooms in the basement. In addition, there is a lounge, laundry room, cycling and ski room and a great economy with breakfast and Mediterranean cuisine in our house. And all at the foot of the brown corner.
