On the southern outskirts of Höfen lies the cozy country house. From the bright apartment, newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic, completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can have a good vacation here with 4 people (including 2 children). The most comfortable place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. You feel like you are sitting in the middle of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, stove, toaster, etc.

Quiet location on the outskirts at the foot of the Benediktenwand. 500 meters to the monastery. Large supermarket with bakery and butcher 100 meters away. Five restaurants are available in the village. Beautiful surroundings in the Five Lakes region, which offers numerous cultural highlights such as the Franz Marc Museum, Buchheim Museum, etc.

On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!
