Sunny Home – garden, pool, spacious and family-friendly

On the ground floor, there's the living room, the open-plan kitchen, a toilet, the porch and the garden. The garden door opens onto a park and the communal pool that we share with twelve neighbours. On the first floor, we have two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom. And the master bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with a shower and a bathtub. In the old garage we have made a loft lounge. It has a TV and a large sofa that converts into a double bed, but that's what it is. Read carefully.

Spectacular House. Ocean Vistas

Relax and unwind in this spacious house with incredible sea views. There are 3 bedrooms, each has an ensuite bathroom. You can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset or dinner under the stars, on the largr terrace. This is a house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Benalmádena: "Royal Residencial Golf" The house is 240m² and set over 3 floors. It also has 2 parking spaces, high speed WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen and a communal swimming pool close to the beach!

The living area features a bright blue sofa adorned with colorful cushions, complemented by a white coffee table. Decorative plants and a red accent pot add vibrancy, while two framed paintings in warm hues are displayed on the wall above, enhancing the welcoming ambiance.
