Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! The Posthalterhof was built around 1683 as a postal station by Thurn and Taxis as a station between Cologne and Trier. In the middle of Blankenheim, less than 200 meters from the Ahrquelle, the Posthalterhof is one of the oldest buildings in Blankenheim. Located in the center of Blankenheim, right on the Eifelsteig and the Jacobsweg, it offers guests a place to stay, just as it did 300 years ago.
