Beautiful property on the banks of the Charente

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Petite maison dans village à 10mn de Niort et 3mn de l'autoroute A10 (sortie 32). Construction récente avec matériaux écologiques. Classée 3 étoiles *** meublé de tourisme. Une chambre avec un lit queen size 160cm + dressing, et une chambre avec un lit de 90cm. Dans le salon, un canapé convertible neuf de 140cm. Une terrasse en bois avec table et chaises. Garage voiture couvert et fermé. Toute la propriété est fermée, le jardin aussi ! Accès handicapés partout. Toutou gentil bienvenu.
