Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

You now have a Sauna for your Zen moments... You can enjoy the beaches of Vendée and La Rochelle & Ile de Ré located 30 km away. You will taste the charms of the Poitevin marshes 1 hour from Puy du Fou.

In a quiet and wooded environment, close to the sea, the center of Rivedoux-Plage and bike paths, charming 2-room house, with secure parking and private outdoor space... Privileged location to discover the Île de Ré, enjoy the sea, walk or bike... Just put down your suitcases, everything is included in your rental: Linens, cleaning... As well as our presence on your arrival to introduce you to the island, the house... and at the time of your departure.

Come and spend unforgettable moments at the Etoile du Marais (@) 20 minutes from La Rochelle and at the gates of the Marais Poitevin. The main house can accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. An independent studio sleeps 2 people with 1 toilet, one bathroom. Outside you will find a 9*4 stainless steel swimming pool with overflow. It also has a beach for the kids. There are also 2 outdoor hot tubs. Possibility to rent in 12 people

Apartment with sauna and terrace, 5 min from La Rochelle

We offer a quiet stay in a renovated private apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of our house, with also private terrace. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 sofa in the living room. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. We offer 2 bikes to visit La Rochelle (10 min of the CV by bike) and the island of Ré (30 min of the bridge). When you return from your day, you can relax in your private sauna (in the bathroom).

Cozy studio in the heart of Saint Martin, Private parking

Located in the former Palais des Gouverneurs in a private park in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a village that is characterized by its fortifications of Vauban. Close to harbor, restaurants, shops and the beach. You will have a terrace of 18 m2 and private parking. You will be greeted by the owners who live on the island, and who will be at your disposal. For our friends the animals welcome with permission from the owner.
