Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) The Boat House

The Boat House is a newly remodeled studio space. It’s a unique place to stay, located on a private dead end road right on the water with beautiful views it’s 5 minutes from I 81. Perfect for Virginia Tech home sporting events. It’s also perfect for Virginia Tech and Radford University Graduations, weekend or weekly family getaway. You will have access to the dock on the property for fishing and swimming, there is available space at the dock if you have your own watercraft.

Sit in front of the 100 year-old (gas) fireplace, or enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Hike on private Virginia Highland trails. 11 miles south of HWY 81. Conveniently located to New River Trail, Iron Heart Winery. The perfect getaway! Notice for winter guests-4 wheel drive is needed in icy or snowy conditions.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house, complete with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range), futon, closet to store clothes or extra people! Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
