The apartment is located on a quiet residential street on the first floor of an old building from the nineteenth century. In the front garden – right in front of the apartment – there is also a small terrace with two garden chairs and a small table for exclusive use.

It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
