Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

You will have your own terrace with separate access to the apartment. Our use of the garden on the right-hand side. The location is very peaceful, rural. 200 metres to a lake where you can swim. A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Our smart design apartment in the urban industrial area of Eimsbüttel, surrounded by industrial flair and vintage lifestyle. Easily accessible by public transport, with power connection for charging electric cars and private parking right outside the door. Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which has been modernized with a lot of love for detail. The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.
