We have put indestructible Polywood chairs/side tables on our balcony for your use while you take in the phenomenal view from the 4th floor. The property also has tennis, basketball, and pickleball on the roof of the garage with an additional sun deck accessed from the second floor of the building.

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
