Extremely cute and comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again in the future. My girlfriend and dog really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property and water. Only complaint is that the well water was smelly, which the owner warns about.

Joel was a great host to interact with. He was very responsive, stopped by soon after I got there to make sure everything went well, and offered to fix something if there were ever any issues. The place was organized, clean, and looked like the pictures. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for my allergies. Unfortunately, the carpet might have triggered them. But again, it's cheaper than the other options in town, and at a good location. Winter park isn't too far for great restaurants and shops. All in all, Joel was an great host, and a decent place at a good price.

A wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb. Brandon checks in with you through Airbnb to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

This was a fabulous spot to spend time with the grands! The pool options fit every age and filled our days with fun. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to beach towels! Great time!

The place looked just like the photos! I loved the location, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and private stay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Inga and Penthouse 418 were exceptional- from her hospitality, to the attention to detail, feeling of safety in the unit and property, lush and clean furnishings including live plants and high-end amenities, proximity to the beach (2 miles) and nearby shops (directly below), and detailed instructions for check in and out. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. This place is a hidden gem and having Inga as a host made it that much more special.

Cozy by the Creek was just as described, cozy and comfortable. Edna went out of her way to accommodate us last minute. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful. She provided the necessities to make our stay amazing.

We were very pleased with this home, it was very comfortable, and we loved the open nature of the layout. The outdoor area was very fun for fishing. The kitchen was very nice to use, though lacked some basic necessities such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the home. We especially loved the electric couch with the USB ports and reclining features. We will definitely come back to this house!

Super clean! Beds were very plush and comfortable. This place has great amenities (especially the dock in the back). Denise was a great and friendly host, she was quick to respond to any questions you may have.

I couldn’t have picked a better listing! The home was spotless and exactly as described. Our dogs had a blast in the backyard, and when we were at the house, the peaceful sounds of the waterfall by the pool made lounging so relaxing—we even drifted off to sleep! Travis was an excellent communicator, always helpful and responsive. Despite being on the main road, it was incredibly quiet, and everyone slept soundly without any disturbances. My mom and grandma especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a TV, which made their stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking again when we travel with our family!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

The home was perfect for me and my husband. Susan was very responsive and helpful. She checked in on us after we checked in and was very responsive anytime I messaged her. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. The place was pretty clean, and check in and check out went pretty smoothly! Definitely recommend!

There was a little search to find it, but she was very responsive and quick so there wasn’t an issue after receiving the instructions to check in. I really liked where the place was because it felt private and safe. Me and my friends were able to walk to some restaurants and easily to the beach. Some of the public accesses to the beach were knocked down due to the hurricane but the closest open one was not even a block away.

very roomy, clean, comfortable and Quiet. everything we needed was there to make a good meal for New Years Eve dinner. Loved the view will book again. very nice staff. clean property. Let us know where the good spots to watch the fireworks. very pleased.

Very friendly and helpful and very comfortable stay

Everything was exceptional. Even on a busy event week, this condo provided privacy and a great getaway. I’d happily return any time I’m back in Daytona. Theresa was on top of all communication and provided great recommendations and instructions for check in/out.
