Beautiful home! We came to NC for racing school at Skip Barber. Having a long day at the track, coming back to the lake house was the best feeling. View is amazing on a sunny day! Thong was very accommodating and quick to respond! Will stay again!

The view! Amazing! Thank you, Jeremy for accommodating my last minute reservation. House was so nice. Thanks for the firewood pile. I was able to enjoy building a fire in the fire pit and sitting out underneath the stars relaxing. The Christmas tree was an extra touch and a nice surprise. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

Our stay at The Treehouse on Hyco Lake was exactly what my wife and I needed. Due to the time of year we traveled, we could not take advantage of the water sports amenities and equipment but the property was beautiful and allowed us complete relaxation. The main living space could have been better executed. The main space that has the views and full exposure to the lake were not especially useful as entertainment on the main floor was lacking, i.e. a TV. Also, the main living space lacked a table suitable for dining and/or activities. We found ways around this. Overall they did not detract from our overall experience which was very pleasant and relaxing.

This Air BnB is in a lovely residential neighborhood with easy access to I-40 and anything you need in the RTP area. Traveling with my dog this was a great site because we could take a quick walk around the lake and enjoy the scenery. The apartment has what you need a stay with plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. Brianna was a great host and a good and responsive communicator. I would readily choose to stay here again. Thanks, Brianna.

We had an overall 5 star stay here. The house and area itself is quiet and lovely. The hot tub and wood stove made the space very cozy. The views were amazing! Because there wasn’t much boat traffic or many neighbors around, it was very peaceful and quiet (there is probably more noise in the summer). Nearby uptown Roxboro is fun place to walk around visiting shops, bakeries and restaurants, even though it is small. And even though this is a rural area, it’s easy to get groceries. We also appreciated having soap and toilet paper and tons of board games provided. None of the house quirks bothered us, although in the summer months, being asked to limit laundry after lake activities might be more impactful on our enjoyment. We did have less responsiveness from the host than we are used to. None of our communication was a vital part of our comfort/overall enjoyment, but I do think it’s worth mentioning that since I’d be concerned if there had been a more serious issue to correct.

Such a sweet spot for a little getaway with my husband. We loved the river in back. Comfy bed, super clean, and private. Thank you!

Pat and Mike were wonderful, stayed in contact and answered messages quickly. They sent extra supplies and fresh homemade cookies when we extended our stay. The farm tour was great, Mike showed us all the animals, all the cool places on the farm, and the kids loved the hayride and the chickens. We were able to collect fresh eggs each day. We loved seeing Gus each day. The home was great, they really thought of everything and it was great to have breakfast staples in the morning when we arrived late at night the night before. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, and was a peaceful place to stay.

Shane was an excellent host from beginning to end! The cabin is very private and peaceful with a great view of the lake and lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay, we will be back!
