Monthly Rentals in Durham

Good place overall. I appreciated the quietness and being a good base from which to go into Durham and Raleigh (I did have a rental car). Joshua showed good communication overall. I appreciate my time there.

Damaris’s suite was a perfect option for a weekend in Durham! I was there for a wedding with multiple events and late nights so I appreciated the flexibility to come and go as I pleased without worrying about disturbing the family. Very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. If you are okay with taking Ubers (which were very cheap) into the cities this is a great place that is way cheaper than the hotels. Highly recommend this place for those who need a comfortable safe space for a weekend in Durham.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property! It was extremely spacious and peaceful. Bryan was extremely kind and accommodating. This property was easy to find and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I will be booking again!
