Townhome holiday rentals in Durham

Loved staying in this beautiful older house in a classic neighborhood. The flat was very comfortable; it was charming and an easy 15-20 minute walk from restaurants, Duke campus, and shops. The host responded promptly when a question did come up. Hoping to stay there again on our next visit to Durham.

Allen is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a great location and includes a one car garage (which was great as it snowed while we were here). I like that that the kitchen and living room are on the first floor and bedrooms are upstairs. This is a very quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I came for Dreamville Fest weekend. Chris’ home was the perfect place to decompress. He was really responsive and friendly. The home is so welcoming! A highlight of our trip. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a great weekend stay. Sharon and Sebastian were great host. The house was clean and comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

Great 2 bed 2 bath townhome close to UNC and other areas of Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Clean and with all basic amenities.

Beautiful home with everything we needed. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again. Only cons: Parking was tight for two cars in the back and the locks were a little tricky to operate.

Our month long stay was very comfortable. The well supplied kitchen made meal prep easy. The furniture was comfortable. We highly recommend this property and property owner.

I stayed here for about 10 days during a training session, and the townhome was exactly as advertised. It had a warm, homey feel and was located in a safe neighborhood, making it a true home away from home. My fiancé and two friends who came to visit me really enjoyed the space. Additionally, the host was very responsive and kind, always ready to help whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this property for anyone, especially families, as each bedroom includes a TV and offers superb comfort. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, pots, pans, and cups. It also has a washer and dryer, which added extra convenience. Another plus is the beds are SOO COMFORTABLE! It is the perfect place to stay, whether for a weekend or a longer visit! We couldn't have asked for a better place to land after relocating from Nashville, TN! This townhome was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and class. The layout is fantastic—spacious yet cozy, with multiple living areas that gave us room to WFH and relax. The primary suite on the first floor was a dream, and the luxury steam shower was a treat! One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the space was. Our pups felt right at home, and the fenced courtyard was a great bonus. The hosts were fantastic- incredibly accommodating, even being flexible with our move-out date, which was a huge help during our transition. The location is prime—accessible to both Durham and Chapel Hill, with quick drives to restaurants, shopping (Southpoint Mall!), and more. If you're looking for a premier, well-appointed, comfortable place to stay (short-term or for a longer stay), this is it. We’re so grateful for Andrea, Will & Sam, and all who made it possible. Incredibly clean and comfortable! Everything was beautiful! We were in town visiting colleges and the location was perfect.

I only wish I could have stayed longer. Much better than a hotel, plenty of space for each of us there (3 beds 2 baths). No bumping into each other. I loved it. My grandson (14 yr old) was delighted to have his own room. Couldn't have been any better. I chose area because it was a few minutes from my cousin's house and the church she got married in. A double plus! I hope I have a reason to go back, that is where I will stay.

We booked a long weekend very last-minute with Lisa after our other rental fell through. Lisa quickly responded and was very flexible on check-in and check-out times to accommodate our schedule. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed this Airbnb. The location was perfect. Close to walking trail, shops, and restaurants. The place was welcoming and very clean. Small touches were found from stocked snack area to nice towels and bedding.

We felt instantly at home when we walked through the door! We loved the wooded neighborhood that seemed close to everything we needed, and having no neighbors behind the home gave the home an incredibly private, cabin-like feel. The hosts were very nice and responsive, and we would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting the RDU area!

This was our first Air BnN rental & it's going to be hard to top. We needed early check in & they accommodated quickly and it was super easy. They were super friendly, the house was beautiful, the temperature just perfect for arriving to hot North Carolina. The pool was our favorite amenity, we took full advantage of that after some long hot days. The showers were amazing with just the perfect amount of pressure. We used the washer and dryer as well, top notch machines. The tv's were huge & there were plenty to go around. The furniture was beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. It was the absolute perfect place for our family. The area offered lots of shopping options, dining options and of course ice cream. Highly recommend your next trip to the Durham area of North be experienced at this home.

Peaceful location. Looked like the pictures. I liked the thoughtful touches such as an extra hdmi cable I a drawer, the set up for charging in the master bedroom, the chocolates. Communication was easy and Ezra responded very quickly when we had a question. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Raleigh.
