Holiday rentals with beach access in el Mareny Blau

Great stay, great location, everything actually as described. I would be happy to recommend Ruben as a host as well as his apartment. The direct beach location is super convenient, shopping is within walking distance, so you don't actually need a car on site. There is also an underground parking space (the driveway is a bit narrow, but this was also already communicated or known in the description) is also available and is more certainly very useful in the high season. Great location! Easy access to the beach, parking and spacious.

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Very well located apartment with an amazing view and a great pool, both for children and adults. In addition, the social club restaurant provides a menu and dishes with very good value for money, served by a very friendly and professional staff. We had a great time and Federico was always very responsive and efficient while remaining very discreet. We look forward to returning.

We were very warmly received and were able to communicate well with each other thanks to a translation program. We got a lot of great tips for discovering València. Because there was also an office, it was easy to do our own thing with 3 adults all at times, such as meeting online. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful and large apartment. Nice location with direct access to the beach. Beautiful park with swimming pool, meadow and children's playground. Apartment with TV via antenna, therefore FireTV stick or the like with VPN for Germans recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Better than at home 🥰 The apartment is even better than what is shown in the photos. It is fully equipped with everything needed, the beds are super comfortable and everything is clean and new. Maria is attentive to everything that may arise and her recommendations are of great help. The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet development with a fantastic pool and salt and you are on an incredible beach, clean, perfect and safe to go with small children. It also has private and closed garage, so you can leave them things from the beach or whatever you need there and is accessed by elevator to the door of the apartment. In short, if you want a stay of 10 don't hesitate, we will definitely repeat.

Couldn't bring better. We just arrived on the day of the blackout in Spain and they supported us a lot. Very grateful to the family owner of the apartment.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

Salvador's accommodation is fantastic... the perfect house, as in the photos, has all the comforts and everything is very modern ... the environment, very easy to move by car to the towns and cities nearby, although with the exit to the sea there will be those who do not want to move from there... a great family experience...

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

We couldn't have felt more comfortable. You are really right on the beach, it is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance.

We look back on a super nice 10 day stay in Calp. This is most definitely due to the lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment of Patricia and Veronica. Fully equipped. We were well received and shown the way in the apartment. Patricia kept us updated on the activities in Calp during the holidays. And with a question from our side, a quick and clear response back. When you exit the main entrance and turn left you are after 100m on a lovely clean beach. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and cafe Seamos where you can go for a top coffee and lunch. In short, Patricia and Veronica's apartment is definitely recommended!

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

My whole family love the place so much. Accessible to everything and plus we feel at home, apart from the short power cut in the unit but José was able to fixed the problem. Overall José is easy to reach out and have a kind heart. Highly recommended.👍

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
