C'est une maison rénovée dans une ancienne batisse agricole avec du charme Au milieu des champs et des vignes ,vous passerez un sejour au calme, le chant des oiseaux toute la journée, des grenouilles le soir en été . A 5mn du bourg avec les commerces essentiels. Composée de 3 chambres, d'une grande piece de vie ,cuisine equipée, salle de bain et wc separé. La salle de bain a été adaptée pour l'accueil de PMR. Terrasse,parking, terrain de jeux de boules.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
