Come and enjoy the proximity of Nantes combined with moments of relaxation in our house bathed in light, our garden with jacuzzi and pool. Public transport, which is free at weekends, is right on the street and will take you to the centre of Nantes by bus, tram or navibus. From Reze-Pont Rousseau station, take the train to the Pornic or St Gilles Croix de Vie seaside resort. Art is everywhere in the streets of Nantes. Follow the green line marked out on the ground and set off to discover.

Beautiful mansion from the late 18th century, with all the charm of the past: please note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, some rooms are still in their original condition. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and bedrooms in a row).

This peaceful place with a pool or spa (depending on the season) offers a relaxing stay for families and groups of friends or work. I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same but the car parks are independent and there is no visual and noise nuisance. Private pool and hot tub for the house.
