For people with limited mobility, the studio is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. 25 m2 studio on the 2nd floor of an Angevine house with exceptional views of the Maine, close to hospital – Faculty of Medicine, in front of the cinema, Tram 3 minutes away, 15-minute walk to the Doutre district. chalet on the water close to all amenities(train station, shops, public transport, convention city, castle...) You will be in a cocoon in the city center. Life on the water is governed by a few small ecological rules and some hazards depending on the season.(Water cut by negative temperature, a toilet block is at your disposal.)
