Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other double bed and floor mattress, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. 4 parking spaces available.

Take a break and relax by the Erdre River at La Gandonnière (La Chapelle-sur-Erdre 44240) Manors and castles built along the ancient Roman roads, Velodyssée passage, Nantes-Brest canal. 5 min walk to La Chapelle Aulnay station by tram-train (or by bus line 86 which serves the faculties of Nantes and line 96 to Beausejour) -15 min to the Beaujoire Exhibition Centre- you would be at Nantes station (Jardin des Plantes) in just 23 minutes.
