Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. In the heart of the grove near Puy du Fou, you can also enjoy the tourist activities of Cholet.

The accommodation can also serve as a place of work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
