Lovers of nature, hikes, bike rides, our cottage is located on a hiking trail and only 1.5 km from the village of Le Pallet which is lucky to have a train station, two bakeries, a butcher shop, a supermarket, a wine shop and pizza to take away! Former hunting lodge for more than 200 years, the 50m2 building on the banks of the Erdre, is located in an exceptional environment, isolated in the middle of a woodland of 1.5 hectares with remarkable trees: Sequoias, oaks 3 times centuries old and a unique collection of bald cypresses of Louisiana. It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private pontoon. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable nature break

Amoureux de la nature, venez découvrir ce charmant Cottage en bord de Sèvre. Le logement est situé dans un Moulin du XVIème siècle. Venez vous balader sur les chemins de randonnée à proximité, faire du canoé ou du paddle, vous relaxer dans l'espace détente ( spa en option) ou encore dîner dans un charmant petit jardin ouvert aménagé sur les berges, à quelques mètres du Cottage. ( petite restauration sur réservation, ateliers créatifs, activités sportives, massages en option ). Bienvenue !
