Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70 m² apartment with a separate entrance on our farm (Eynattener Mühle), consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. There is room for 3 adults and 1 baby (crib available). An outdoor seating area, directly by the Göhle, is available for our guests.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.

The 50 m² castle room in the old half-timbered house is perfect for families of four and friendly couples. It has two separate bedrooms, a living room and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our castle room on the first floor is ideal for guests who do not want to climb stairs. Three large windows offer beautiful views of the idyllic old town of Monschau.
